This shipping policy applies exclusively to products purchased through the BDI Wear Parts online store. Please note that not all of our products are available for online purchase; some can only be acquired through a purchase inquiry and do not fall under this shipping policy.

Where do we ship?

BDI Wear Parts' online store offers shipping services to both Canada and the United States. Currently, we do not ship to locations outside these areas.

Shipping to Canada:

  • If the total order price is less than 500 CAD, a shipping fee of 5.54 CAD applies per order.
  • Orders totaling over 500 CAD qualify for free shipping.

Shipping to the United States (tariffs may apply):

Scope of Policy This return policy applies exclusively to products available through BDI Wear Parts' online store. Products that require a purchase inquiry and are not sold online are not eligible for return under this policy.

Return Period You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for online purchases.

Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return To request a return, contact us at sales@bdiwearparts.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If there is any issue such as a defect, damage, or if the wrong item was received, contact us right away so we can address and resolve the issue.

Sale Items and Gift Cards Returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale or for gift cards.

Exchanges To exchange an item, first return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
