BDI Wear Parts operates bdiwearparts.com on the Shopify platform. These terms apply to use of this website and purchases made through its online checkout. 2. Products and compatibility
We supply industrial wear parts, spare parts, and related products. Review the product description, part numbers, dimensions, quantities, and compatibility information before ordering. If you are unsure whether a part fits your equipment or application, contact sales@bdiwearparts.com before purchase. Product images are illustrative; the written specifications and confirmed order details describe the goods ordered. Installation, operation, and maintenance must follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions and applicable safety requirements.

3. Online orders and quotations
Products with an online purchase option may be ordered through checkout. Products marked “Contact us,” special orders, and quotation-only products require a separate written quotation. Their availability, price, delivery arrangements, and any special terms will be confirmed with you before purchase. A request for a quotation does not itself create an order. If an online order cannot be fulfilled because of an availability or pricing error, we will contact you to arrange a correction or cancellation and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply.

Prices and availability may change for future purchases. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order; changes depend on whether processing, production, or shipment has already begun.
